Rug Care:

• Vacuuming: Use the handheld attachment when possible. If using an upright vacuum, turn off the beater bar, or set vacuum on highest pile setting.
• Spills: Clean immediately but blotting with a dry cloth or clean paper towel. Never rub, as this forces the spill into the fabric. To remove residual staining, blot with a cold, damp cloth.
• Professional Cleaning: Any damage that results from a cleaning service is the responsiblity of the cleaner.
