Rug Care:
- Vacuuming: Use the handheld attachment when possible. If using an upright vacuum, turn off the beater bar, or set vacuum on highest pile setting.
- Spills: Clean immediately but blotting with a dry cloth or clean paper towel. Never rub, as this forces the spill into the fabric. To remove residual staining, blot with a cold, damp cloth. Note: Viscose and Tencel rugs should never be cleaned with water or liquid.
- Professional Cleaning: Any damage that results from a cleaning service is the responsiblity of the cleaner.
